The Blossom Kite Festival in the mall is often benefited by the heavy wind and mild weather. I took that chance to take a look to the newest addition of the Smithsonian family of museums in the mall, the National Museum of African American History and Culture, which was inaugurated in 2016. Spoiler: It’s fantastic!
